There is no front office at 28 Fenway, so it took me a bit to understand how to best communicate with the guest relations. They rely on text, email and 80% of the time I could reach someone by phone. The rooms were very clean.
Clean and great location. Deluxe Suite was nice. Sometimes could hear people and trucks in alleyway but it wasn’t a problem. It’s a city.
Within walking distance to Fenway and where we had to park at the parking garage. Liked the security of the check-in and the uniqueness of this property. Will definitely recommend it!
